What to include

What you tapped immediately before the problem.
A screenshot or short screen recording when possible.
Whether you were using Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Missing rewarded-video value

Do not repeatedly watch more videos to correct a missing reward. Close and reopen WBC once, allow the server a moment to verify the event, and then contact support if it is still missing. Include the approximate time and the reward type.

Delete your account

Open WBC Settings and choose Delete Account, then confirm the deletion. This permanently erases the account's server progress. If you cannot open the app, email support from the address above for assistance.
