Privacy Policy

WBC is currently a game-only beta. Its Points, Virtual Rent, production, items, and boosts are virtual game values with no cash value. WBC does not provide investments, financial accounts, withdrawals, or real-money payouts.

Information we collect

We may process a WBC account identifier, a random installation identifier, authentication records, gameplay progress, virtual-item and Points ledgers, crew and marketplace activity, reward claims, security events, and technical request information. When Sign in with Apple is enabled, we process Apple's account identifier and the credentials needed to maintain or revoke the session. When in-app purchases are enabled, we process Apple product and transaction identifiers, entitlement status, and verification results; WBC does not receive your full payment-card details.

Rewarded advertising

Rewarded videos are optional. To deliver and verify a selected reward, WBC and its advertising provider, Unity LevelPlay, may process the placement, reward type, WBC user identifier, ad event or receipt identifier, time, country, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and fraud-prevention signals. Advertising partners may collect additional data as described in their own policies and the privacy disclosures shown by Apple. Where required, tracking permission is requested before data is used to track activity across other companies' apps or websites.

Photos and motion controls

If you choose a photo for a frame in the private room, WBC copies it into app-local storage on that device. WBC does not upload or publish that photo. Motion or orientation input used to look around the room is processed on the device and is not sent to the WBC backend.

How we use information

• Operate accounts, save progress, and deliver requested game features.
• Validate advertising rewards and Apple transactions without duplicate credit.
• Detect abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and support testers.
• Meet legal, accounting, platform, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate WBC, including hosting, Apple platform services, and advertising delivery and verification. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users, WBC, or others. WBC does not sell personal information for money.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and gameplay information while the account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, transaction reconciliation, legal compliance, and disputes. You can permanently delete your WBC account and server progress from Settings. You may also request help at the address below. Device-local photos can be removed by replacing them, deleting app data, or uninstalling WBC.

Children

The private beta is not directed to children under 13. If WBC later supports younger audiences, we will apply the required age-screening, advertising, consent, and privacy protections before doing so.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections and server-side reward verification. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy as the beta and its providers change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
